Cluster Lumière is an association under the French Law of 1901, created in 2008 on the initiative of the Lyon Metropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a founding group: PHILIPS (Signify), Comptoir Lyonnais d’Electricité (SONEPAR Group), the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat (ENTPE) and CDO (organiser of the LumiVille trade show) with the aim of federating and developing lighting expertise in the Rhône-Alpes region. It is made up of an executive committee, a board of directors with colleges of professionals and a management team. It is assisted by partners.
